QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is present in all stages of the production process, from the evaluation of the
raw material to the finished goods.
The product analyses are done by own laboratory which uses skilled personnel and modern
equipment.
Quality parameters such as color, turbidity, brix, acidity and microbiology are monitored.
We also count on the support of specialized laboratories in Brazil and abroad assuring the
compliance with food safety and legal requirements, such as: Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of
Health, FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Codex and AIJN (Association of the Industry of Juices
of European Community). |
