Royal Gala
Its characteristics include an intense striped red color, greenish-yellow background with cream colored, juicy, sweet and medium acidity flesh. The Gala apple is generally medium sized and of round shape. The harvesting of Galas is in the months of February, March, April and May. The Gala apple performs well in storage at regular atmosphere (humidity and temperature control) is made available to the market during harvest months. The Gala apples in storage in cold stores with controlled atmosphere (control of temperature, humidity, oxygen and carbonic gas are used for the demand in the following months. 

Fuji Suprema
It is opaque, red striped, with greenish background color and has flesh with low acidity that is juicy, dense, sweet and light yellow. The Fuji Suprema apple is generally from medium to big size and has a flat-round shape. The harvesting of Fugi begins in the later part of March and lasts until May. From April until May the Fuji Suprema apple  with storage in regular atmosphere (temperature and humidity control) is available to the market during harvest, and  the Fuji Suprema apples in storage in cold stores with controlled atmosphere (control of temperature, humidity, oxygen and carbonic gas) is used for the demand in the following months.

Physiologically developed fruits, with tolerance to defects of very low intensity and frequency. Minimum coloration of 40%, according to IN 05 MAPA.
